These are studies for a series of larger works to be shown at the Left Bank Gallery, Essex, CT, beginning on August 1, 2009.   I am about to start this series of paintings of the late day light on Cape Cod Bay.  I've been thinking about this concept for several years and finally have the time and the material assembled to launch the effort!  Come back over the next few weeks to see how the series develops!
