8"x10" Field/pochade paintings done on location on Cape Cod and Connecticut beaches, inlets, and tidal marshes.  These are 'en plein air' small paintings that inspire larger works. They may be small works that will not become larger works. They make perfect gifts for any occasion, including holiday, birthday, anniversary, and special occasion giving for the person who has everything!

Cape Cod and Connecticut shoreline gardens flourish in the sunny seaside air.  Gardens are everywhere and Barbara has taken to doing floral still-lifes with a window view.  Floral still life works using flowers from your own garden and/or your own favorite container (heirloom or otherwise) can be arranged through a commission. Connecticut and Vermont farmlands and other regional New England view include shore, woodland, meadows, and farmland.  Cape Cod landscapes are included in this cluster.
